Shipping, Returns & Taxes

• PoetCD.com ships only to addresses in the continental United States.
• Orders are usually processed and shipped (from PoetCD) within 3-5 business days.
• Please note that items are not guaranteed to be in stock because orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
• All orders are subject to credit approval.
• We deliver via UPS, USPS or a comparable traceable delivery service. You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
• Please note: a customer signature is required for rush deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

GIFT BOXES / GIFT BAGS

Let us package your gifts in our exclusive Nara Camicie gift bags. A gift card with your personal message can accompany each gift, if you wish. One item per box: $8.00 (not available on all items). To order a gift box (and enter your message), simply click on "Add Gift Options" during checkout on the order summary page.

GIFT MESSAGES

You can also create a personalized gift message on the Shipping Information page during Check out whether you have selected a gift box or not. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.

US DELIVERY

PoetCD.com ships only to addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

RUSH DELIVERY

• Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 2:00 p.m. (ET).
• Add $13.00 to Standard Shipping Costs.
• Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We cannot accept international orders at this time.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

When you ship items to multiple addresses, you will be charged for each additional address based on the shipping method selected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At PoetCD, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, or receive a store credit in the amount of your original purchase when the item is presented in its original saleable condition, with tickets/tags attached. You must also include your original receipt or a gift receipt (gift card only).
Simply follow the guidelines below.

You may exchange your merchandise for any item(s) of equal or greater price, or receive a store credit for your purchase, within thirty days of the original on-line purchase. Exchange of merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days. Discounted or sale items, and Gift Cards are not returnable. PoetCD cannot exchange, replace or credit monogrammed or personalized items.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges.

RETURNS

We DO NOT honor cash or credit returns.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to addresses in the state of New York. Effective August 1, 2009 New York sales tax- 8.875%
